the gluten free singaporean

I have loved cooking and baking for a long time now.

I love watching people enjoy the food I put down on the table.  When I started my gluten free journey I was bereft thinking that I couldn't eat 'normal' anymore.

I realised soon enough that cooking & baking GF isn't difficult if you use fresh natural ingredients and the right flours to create the right blend for baking. I experimented for a few years on which flour blend works well, I now can recreate and adapt 99% of recipes to gluten free.  Some were spectacular failures and some spectacular successes.  

I am still experimenting and creating new recipes and enjoying this GF journey.
